Growing the tree seedlings was a whole-of-school effort. Years 5 & 6 gathered seeds from the local area and planted them in the school greenhouse. Years 3 & 4 potted up seedlings from trays into tubes, and Year 8 students carried out the fertiliser programme and weeding in the greenhouse.
