At the Landcare Muster held in Tamworth in September 2007, there was consensus that we needed a community reference group to advise the NSW Landcare Committee, a government appointed, advisory committee. The inaugural meeting of the community reference group has agreed on the creation of Landcare NSW Inc., a not-for-profit, incorporated association charged with representing and advocating on behalf of community-based landcare.
